How many people are included in the hotel
accommodations?
While accommodations may vary somewhat, in most cases it is a hotel
that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18. Once you
receive your confirmation letter, you may contact the resort
directly for any additional lodging requests.

Are these packages available to groups
traveling together?
Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com
does not offer these packages to multiple families or groups of
people traveling together. There are travel agencies and other
companies that specialize in that type of vacation offer. Because we
are working with resorts to promote their property to potential
customers they prefer us to not send groups of people traveling
together.

How much time will I have to spend touring
the resort?
Your vacation package includes a sales presentation lasting
approximately 90 minutes. The presentation is given in a relaxing
environment usually at the sponsoring resort or its Welcome Center.
Many times the resort will provide complementary drinks, snacks and
other amenities as part of the presentation. A part of the
presentation includes a full tour of the resort and its many
amenities and accommodations. You are not obligated to buy
anything and are welcome to ask any questions regarding the
presentation, the resort and vacation ownership.

What happens after I book my vacation
online?
You will immediately receive notification of your mini-vacation
booking by email from Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com. Within a
week you will then receive a full confirmation letter (including
driving directions, map, check-in time and other details) from the
host resort by email, or in some case by US Mail.

Is my credit card transaction secure?
All transactions are done at a secure site with encryption used for
transmitting data. Millions of transactions are done each day on the
web and millions of dollars are electronically transferred. Your
transaction is safe and secure. If for any reason you are not
comfortable with using the web to purchase your vacation package you
can call our customer service agents.

Will my credit card be charged?
Yes, your credit card will be charged by
Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com after you receive a
confirmation email from the resort. The resort may also ask when you
arrive that you allow them to put a temporary holding charge on your
card for the following reasons:
- To make sure they
know who you are and that your name, address and other
information is correct. It is as important for them to know who
you are as it is for you to know who they are. The host resort
wants to make sure that your identity and personal information
is correct as well as secure.

In the event that you
do NOT attend the entire 90-120 Minute sales presentation,
for any reason whatsoever, or should you NOT meet ALL the
qualifications, that you agreed to at the time of booking your
reservation, your credit card will be charged additional charges
upon your checkout from the resort. You are hereby agreeing and
giving Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com your understood and
uncontestable approval to chargeback your credit card on file,
with Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com, additional charges for
failing to meet our Terms and Conditions. In the event that you
are not qualified according to the Terms and Conditions of this
promotion OR if you fail to attend the 90-120 minute
sales presentation, the amount of the additional charges will be
based on recouping the cost of the room nights at regular retail
rates and additionally the cost of any and all gifts, premiums
or promotional items given to you.
This additional amount will vary between $290 and
$550 depending on your
choice of resorts and the seasonality of your arrival date.

What happens in the event that I can not
make my scheduled arrival date?
Should you need to re-schedule your travel dates, you can do so
before 48 hours of your arrival date. You can reschedule or,
if you choose, leave your travel date open for one year and schedule
later. In the event you do not appear at the resort without
cancelling then the amount charged to your credit card will be equal
to the amount necessary to offset the charge to Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com
for marketing and accommodations, minus the amount you have already
spent on your mini-vacation. Your purchase of the mini-vacation from
Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com gives Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com
an automatic approval and right to charge your credit card on file
with us for the "No Show" charges incurred. |

What if I need to reschedule or request a
refund of my vacation package?
All vacation packages purchased from Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com
can be rescheduled provided you call within the specified period
before your scheduled arrival. Generally, the period in which we
require you to call to reschedule is two(2) days prior to your
scheduled arrival. Be sure to read the Terms & Conditions
for the vacation package you have selected in case these terms are
different. In some cases you may be charged an additional fee. You
will need to read the policy specific to your purchased vacation
package to get the details on rescheduling procedures and the costs,
if any, for rescheduling. All vacation packages are good for up to
12 months from date of purchase. It is the policy of Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com
to reschedule the vacation and not to refund if there is a conflict
in your schedule. We do not refund vacation packages after they are
purchased. Cancun-all-inclusive-specials.com reserves the right to
substitute packages of equal or greater value if necessary.

What if the vacation package I choose is
not offered for my state of residence?
Some of the vacation packages we offer require you to be from a
certain state of residence. Law regarding promotions are sometime
restricted by individual states. If you select a program that is not
offered in your state there are usually other programs that are
available to residence in your state. If you have questions or would
like information on programs for your state, please send us a

package offerings available for your state of residence.
